When you use a vehicle check we collect the information you provide: VIN, mileage, ZIP code, photos, condition details, and — if you choose to share them — your name, phone and email so we can deliver your assessment and follow up.
Your vehicle details and contact information are used to generate and deliver your free assessment. Your contact information is shared with a third-party automotive business (dealer, finance, insurance or buyer) only when you explicitly consent to that specific type of contact during the check.
Consent is never buried in unrelated text. Every consent is timestamped with the exact language you saw. You may withdraw consent at any time, ask us to stop sharing your information, request deletion of your data, or request a correction — just contact us.
We don't sell your information without disclosure and consent, we don't share one partner's leads with another partner, and we don't expose your photos through public URLs.
Photos are stored privately and served through expiring, signed links. Business-facing systems are restricted so partners can only access leads they are authorized to receive.
